Get Some Sleep
In the weeks leading up to the wedding day, the excitement or the last minute preparations might keep you awake, but as they call it a beauty sleep, it’s recommended for every bride-to-be to get at least 8 hours of proper shut eye. In case, you have trouble sleeping, try to find ways to de-stress before bed.
Don’t Skip Meals
Skipping meals might seem like a perfect idea for the bride who wants to lose a few pounds before her big day, however due to the simple fact that your body needs nourishment in order to maintain its energy it’s a strict no. In fact, professionals agree if you do so, you increase the chances of over eating at the next meal. So, instead of completely skipping meals, eat healthy breakfast to kick-start your metabolism in the morning, and make sure to eat small meals every 3-4 hours during the day.

Adding just 15 to 30 minutes to your daily workout routine can boost your overall health and give you added toning benefits. If you don’t have time to exercise, do things like a quick power walk at lunch, walk the dog, and take the stairs instead of the elevator. You will be amazed at the results!
Drink Plenty of It
Experts say that if you drink 1 1/2 to 2 liters of water every day, it results in better brain functioning, more energy, and faster metabolism. In fact, in the lead up to your big day, consider swapping all your drinks for normal water. It will help your eyes sparkle, your skin will look much healthier, and possibly, you will shed some pounds.
