In case, you have trouble sleeping, try to find ways to de-stress before bed.

Don’t Skip Meals

Skipping meals might seem like a perfect idea for the bride who wants to lose a few pounds before her big day, however, due to the simple fact that your body needs nourishment in order to maintain its energy it’s a strict no. In fact, professionals agree if you do so, you increase the chances of over eating at the next meal. So, instead of completely skipping meals, eat healthy breakfast to kick-start your metabolism in the morning, and make sure to eat small meals every 3-4 hours during the day.

Drink Plenty of It

Experts say that if you drink 1 1/2 to 2 liters of water every day, it results in better brain functioning, more energy, and faster metabolism. In fact, in the lead up to your big day, consider swapping all your drinks for normal water.
