While traditional wedding cake is still the most common reception treat, it is not the last word in desserts anymore. In fact, some couples choose to include an extra dessert to the table, while many replace the standard cake altogether. If you are looking beyond the traditional wedding cake, there are many options to choose from. We point you five wedding cake alternatives we love.

I have seen a few times an Ice Cream Sundae “bar” lots of fun, especially in the Summer.
The Chocolate ( sometimes white chocolate) Fountain is wonderful with either fruit, cake, brownies, cookies and especially warm chocolate chip cookies!
